RFP – Audit Services
The Cascade Lower Canyon Community Forest includes about 26,000 hectares of crown forest land largely in the vicinity of Hope. To ensure conformity with generally accepted accounting principles and legislated provisions for companies in BC, the CLCCF must ensure an external audit is performed annually by a qualified independent accounting firm. These audits must be in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards in order to express an opinion on the fair presentation of the CLCCF financial statements.
To meet this requirement, the CLCCF has issued “RFP 2021-01 Audit Services” to lead to awarding an audit contract for three to five years. The detailed package for RFP 2021-01 can be obtained by qualified accounting firms that send an email request to ac.fcclc@kcilaewm. To be considered, proposals may be submitted in accordance with the RFP requirements up to the closing date and time of Friday, February 19 at 2:00 pm (PST).
