Due to COVID-19, CLCCF will be hosting our 2020 AGM online on July 17th at 6:00 pm (PDT). We will be using GoToMeeting.
Please note: In order to avoid hacking threats, this meeting will require you to have a unique link and password. To participate, please follow the instructions below by July 15th at the latest:
Email Matt Wealick at mwealick@CLCCF.ca and he will provide a link and password to the meeting. In your email please provide the following:
- Your name
- Where you reside
- Phone number
- Your interest in the Community Forest
- This must be done prior to July 15th
On the day of the meeting, please login at least 5 minutes early to GoToMeeting using the link and password provided.
You do not have to download any apps, you can join the GoToMeeting using a web browser (Google Chrome recommended).
If you are not familiar with using video conferencing, or are new to using GoToMeeting, please sign in 15 minutes early to sort out any basic issues that might come up.
